Responsibilities

• Perform upkeep and janitorial duties to keep the property in excellent condition, demonstrating pride in your building and grounds.
• Learn new skills and collaborate with the maintenance team on small repairs and preventative activities.
• Assist in minor maintenance work in coordination with the building maintenance team.
• Help prepare vacant units with the maintenance team.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents during job duties.
• Inspect property and equipment regularly to ensure proper functionality.
• Perform snow removal and landscaping as needed.
• Maintain building supplies and inventory properly.
• Communicate safety concerns to management as necessary.
• Support site and office operations as assigned by the manager.

Compensation

• $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Annual performance bonus
