Alliance Redwoods is a year-round Christian Camp and Conference Center nestled in the heart of the California Redwoods. The 115‑acre outdoor classroom serves over 55,000 visitors per year and operates with the mission “Service as Tall as our Trees.” This Porter will join the Food Services team to deliver an enjoyable dining experience through excellent service, a friendly attitude, and professional hospitality to all guests and co‑workers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness by washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans in a timely manner.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and prep tables.
• Follow proper food handling practices to prevent cross‑contamination and maintain sanitary conditions in the kitchen.
• Empty and dispose of all waste properly.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist kitchen team with various tasks, such as cleaning and organizing storage areas and other duties as assigned.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the kitchen manager immediately.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications
