Who we're looking for: We're seeking motivated and engaged employees to join our team. This position is at one of our Bronx properties.

Responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
2. Maintaining exterior areas
3. Collecting and sorting trash
4. Salting and shoveling snow during inclement weather
5. Performing minor handyman tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing blinds, and small paint touch-ups

Salary Range: $23.19 - $28.99 per hour.
