BronxWorks seeks a building maintenance worker to support its Living Room and other facilities in the Bronx. You will perform light electrical repairs, general maintenance, cleaning, and related tasks to uphold safety and cleanliness standards across the site.
The role requires at least two years of maintenance experience, strong English communication, and the ability to pass a physical skills test. A valid driver's license is preferred, with occasional overtime and travel within NYC boroughs.

The Living Room is the BronxWorks central location for its adult homeless services. BronxWorks operates three 24-hour programs that include a drop-in center, a 50-bed safe haven for chronically street homeless adults, and our borough wide mobile street outreach program. All of the programs provide direct services to street homeless individuals in the Bronx including case management, food, clothing, emergency shelter, referrals to NYC shelters, and permanent housing placement.
