Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance in hallways, lobbies, elevators, and building exteriors/interiors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve compactor issues.
• Communicate effectively with tenants, handle tenant relations, and document tenant issues and inquiries.
• Perform cleaning after maintenance work in apartments.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
