Responsibilities:

• Cleaning common areas.
• Taking out trash and recycling.
• Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning.
• Reporting safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a manager.
• Ensuring adequate cleaning and repair supplies.
• Helping residents with deliveries (groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.).
• Operating the service elevator.
• Assisting with emergency response services (e.g., sidewalk snow removal).

Qualifications:

• Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Saturday & Sunday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
