Job summary

Pilson Chevy in Mattoon, IL is seeking a Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom and lot. You will wash and prepare vehicles for customers and provide shuttle services as needed.

You will move and park vehicles, assist with routine duties, and support management to ensure a smooth dealership operation. This role offers hourly pay with benefits as described.

The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of vehicles and ensuring smooth vehicle movement within the dealership. This role also provides shuttle services to customers as needed.

Essential Job Functions

Physical Demands

Compensation & Benefits

• The employee will be paid an hourly wage. Starting pay ranges from $15 - $16 depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, education, and geographic location.

Performance-Based Bonus

• The employee may be eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus, determined by individual and company performance.
