Responsibilities

• Vehicle cleaning: wash, wax, vacuum, and detail cars to maintain showroom standards.
• Lot organization: arrange vehicles in an orderly manner to maximize presentation.
• Fueling and basic maintenance: top fluids, check tire pressure, ensure vehicles in working condition.
• Test drives: prepare vehicles, accompany customers during test drives, answer basic questions.
• Transportation: drive vehicles between service departments, other locations, or off-site destinations.
• Pre-delivery inspections: conduct final checks to confirm cleanliness, defect-free condition, and all needed accessories and documents.
• Vehicle inventory management: record vehicle information, VINs, and track movement on and off the lot.
• Customer service: greet customers courteously and direct inquiries to sales or service staff.
• Facility maintenance: clean and organize the service area, showroom, or customer waiting areas.
• Special events: support special sales events or promotions by setting up displays and moving vehicles.
