BRIDGEVIEW MULTIFAMILY LLC’s The Alexander in Mansfield, TX, is seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of outdoor spaces, pool, and common areas.

You will assist with light maintenance, report issues, and support the maintenance team; lift up to 50 lbs; work outdoors in all weather; competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior porter, groundskeeping, or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as required.
• Team‑oriented with a positive, can‑do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas including walkways, parking lots, dumpster areas and common spaces.
• Clean and upkeep amenities like pool area, fitness center, and grilling stations.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and report maintenance issues.
• Pressure wash sidewalks and building exteriors as needed.
• Remove trash and debris from grounds daily.
• Assist maintenance team with make-readies and special projects.

We’re looking for a dedicated, hardworking Porter to join our team and help keep our property in top condition.

Job Overview:
As the Porter, you play a vital role in the first impression of our community. Your work ensures that The Alexander remains pristine, safe, and inviting for residents and visitors alike. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community grounds, amenities, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas, including walkways, parking lots, dumpster areas, and common spaces
• Clean and upkeep amenities such as the pool area, fitness center, and grilling stations
• Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and reporting maintenance issues
• Pressure wash sidewalks and building exteriors as needed
• Remove trash and debris from grounds daily
• Assist the maintenance team with apartment make-readies and special projects as requested
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and communicate reordering needs

Qualifications:

• Prior porter, groundskeeping, or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and safe
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as required
