Job Description:

1. Perform daily groundskeeping tasks, including picking up trash and watering grounds and flower beds.
2. Empty pool area trash cans and clean pools.
3. Sweep and clean front areas, parking lots, breezeways, and pool areas.
4. Periodically inventory and maintain supplies.
5. Occasional interior painting.
