CSC Management is seeking a Porter to perform maintenance and upkeep across our multifamily properties. Responsibilities include grounds work, make-readies, minor repairs, painting, and light maintenance tasks.

The position is full-time and based in Lexington, KY, with competitive hourly pay and a benefits package including health, PTO, 401(k), and more. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris in public areas.
• Surface cleaning.

• Grounds keeping - moving lawns, hedges, clearing snow and ice
• Make ready vacant apartments
• Painting
• Light maintenance duties - changing light bulbs, restocking cleaning supplies, unclogging drains, etc.
