CSC Management is seeking a Porter to perform a variety of duties to maintain the general upkeep of our properties in Kentucky. The role includes grounds work, make readies, minor repairs, and more. This is a full-time position.

• Grounds keeping - mowing lawns, trimming hedges, clearing snow and ice.
• Make ready vacant apartments.
• Painting.
• Light maintenance duties - changing bulbs, restocking supplies, unclogging drains, etc.
