Culver's of Hartland MI is seeking a Porter / Maintenance Technician to keep our restaurant running smoothly. You will open the doors, perform interior/exterior maintenance, stock areas, and ensure equipment is safe and clean.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior maintenance to interior and exterior of restaurant timely and accurately.
• Completes daily, weekly and monthly jobs timely and accurately.
• Maintains appearance of building exterior and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Puts food order away accurately, rotates stock using FIFO, monitors shelf life and dates.
• Maintains a basic working knowledge of restaurant equipment operation.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on equipment safely and correctly.

And they ensure our kitchens are stocked with safe, fresh ingredients that meet our high quality standards. Basically, porters keep our entire operation running smoothly for guests and staff, so we can deliver a dining experience unlike any other.

Overview

• Provides superior maintenance to interior and exterior of restaurant timely and accurately.
• Completes daily, weekly and monthly jobs timely and accurately.
• Maintains the appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Puts food order away accurately, rotates stock in cooler, freezer and dry storage area using the First In-First Out method while monitoring shelf life and code dates.
• Maintains a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly.
