Job summary

Culver's is seeking a dependable Porter in Harrison, AR to start early each morning and help keep our restaurant running smoothly. You will open the doors, ensure the restaurant and equipment are clean and ready, and stock kitchens with safe, fresh ingredients to uphold our high standards.

You’ll perform daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, rotate stock with FIFO, and maintain knowledge of equipment to support a seamless guest experience. This role requires reliability and a proactive work approach.

Responsibilities

• Open the restaurant doors each morning and ensure the restaurant and equipment are in tip-top condition.
• Keep kitchens stocked with safe, fresh ingredients that meet Culver's high-quality standards.
• Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant in a timely and accurate manner.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks on schedule and accurately.
• Rotate stock using First-In-First-Out (FIFO) while monitoring shelf life and code dates.
• Maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all restaurant equipment.
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly.

Culver's is looking to fill our Porter position - this can be a full-time or part-time position and does require starting early in the morning.

They also keep our kitchens stocked with safe, fresh ingredients that meet our high-quality standards.

And they provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of our restaurant timely and accurately.

Complete daily, weekly and monthly jobs timely and accurately.

They put the food order away accurately, rotate stock in cooler, freezer and dry storage area using the First In-First Out method while monitoring shelf life and code dates.

They also maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant.

Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly.
