The Tipton Group is seeking a reliable Porter/Make Ready in Eusless, TX to prepare apartments for new residents. You’ll perform turnovers, touch-ups, painting, basic repairs, and assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and preventative maintenance as part of the maintenance team.

Responsibilities include inspecting vacant units, ensuring move-in readiness, helping with grounds upkeep, and supporting on-call maintenance while delivering excellent service to residents.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of make-ready, groundskeeping, apartment maintenance, or similar experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance; own basic tools.

The Tipton Group is hiring a Porter/Make Ready to join our apartment maintenance team. What You'll DoAs a Porter/Make Ready, you'll work alongside our maintenance team to keep apartments and the community looking their best.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Complete apartment turnovers and make-readies for new residents
• Perform painting, touch-ups, and general repairs
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and preventative maintenance
• Inspect vacant units and help ensure apartments are move-in ready
• Assist with grounds upkeep, including trash pickup and light landscaping
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the property
• Respond to maintenance needs as part of the property's on-call rotation
• Work closely with the maintenance and property management teams to provide excellent service to residents
