Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin is hiring a part-time Porter to receive, store, and manage front- and back-of-house supplies, with opportunities to assist in other kitchen roles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all deliveries; analyze invoices; inspect products for quality, temperature, and condition; rotate stock as needed.
• Receive, open, unpack, and stock new or transferred restaurant supplies to shelves and service areas.
• Maintain receiving log by tracking deliveries and missing items.
• Take inventory to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
• Clean and maintain storage and delivery areas; ensure equipment is clean and in good repair.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Porter to join our 1919 Kitchen and Tap team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Porter, you will be responsible for receiving, maintaining, and storing front- and back-of-house restaurant supplies. You will step into other kitchen roles as needed to support the team’s overall success.

Pay

$15.00 – $15.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Monitor all deliveries; analyze invoices; inspect all products for quality, temperature, and condition.Perform proper rotation of all food and beverage products. Report any faulty or incorrect deliveries immediately
• Receive, open, unpack, and stock new or transferred restaurant supplies to their appropriate shelves, racks, tables, and service stations
• Maintain receiving log by competently tracking all deliveries and missing items
• Take inventory to identify items to be reordered or replenished
• Clean and maintain storage and delivery areas; ensureall kitchen and dining room equipment is clean, sanitary, and in good repair

More about you

• One to three months of previous stock clerk/steward or related experience is highly preferred
• Basic math skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
• Must have strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• No experience or diploma required

Physical requirements

• Constant standing and walking for the entire length of the shift
• Frequently required to reach, pull, push, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds
