Omnia360 Facility Solutions in Columbus, OH is seeking a dedicated Porter for a full-time evening shift (Tuesday–Saturday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM). The role focuses on keeping facilities clean, organized, and well-maintained to support client operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of porter/janitorial or related experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including email and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility appearance and functionality.
• Empty waste and manage waste removal as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Sweep, mop floors; vacuum and clean carpets.
• Restock supplies in restrooms.
• Assist with exterior maintenance and transport of tools.
• Coordinate with maintenance department as needed.

Essential Functions for the Porter Position:

• Take responsibility for the appearance and functionality of the facility.
• Emptying and removing waste from waste baskets as needed and directed.
• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Sweep and mop floors, vacuum and clean carpets.
• Clean and replenish supplies in restrooms.
• Assist with exterior maintenance (snow removal, picking up waste, etc.).
• Transport tools and materials between sites or departments.
• Provide light maintenance as needed or contact maintenance department to assist with maintenance needs.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Porter Position:

• Possess outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years of day porter, janitorial, or other related experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge, including ability to use email and work order systems.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to pass drug test and FBI/BCI background checks.
• Must be able to pass sanctions checks for working in health care facilities.
