Paycom - ATS in Westerville, OH is seeking a part-time maintenance technician to keep common areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces clean across multiple office buildings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, restrooms, and exterior spaces across multiple office buildings.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure proper disposal.
• Perform basic groundskeeping duties such as sweeping, picking up debris, and light landscaping.
• Handle light maintenance tasks, including changing lightbulbs and unclogging toilets.
• Respond to routine maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with general upkeep and organization of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Report any safety hazards or repair needs to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Starting pay: $19.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Total: 24 hours per week
