• We are hiring immediately for a full-time PORTER position.
• Location: Cleveland Clinic - Hillcrest - 6780 Mayfield Rd, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:00pm
• Requirement: Food service experience preferred
• Pay Range: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are bussed, cleared, cleaned, and floors are maintained during peak times and prepped for service.
• Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
• Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment to ensure sanitation.
• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or using dishwashing machines, ensuring complete cleanliness.
• Keep display equipment clean and compliant with safety standards during meal service.
• Assist with receiving and transporting heavy deliveries safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
• Commit to personal and team safety.
• Abide by all company policies, including safety and sanitation protocols.
