Responsibilities - Service Greeter / Porter

• Greets Service Customers promptly and warmly, establishing rapport with the customer
• Confirms appointments
• Keep service lanes clear and running smoothly
• Expedites dispatch vehicles
• Assists customers on the Service Drive, directing them to scheduled Service Advisor
• Assists the Service Advisors
• Valet customer and courtesy vehicles
• Review service visit with customer
• Other customer service duties may be assigned
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Greeter / Porter

• Must have excellent customer service skills and communication skills - we are looking for a very friendly and conversational 'people person'
• No previous automotive experience is necessary. We will train!
• Must be reliable
• Goal-oriented and persistent with effective time management skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Professional, well-groomed appearance at all times
