As a luxury assisted living community, we operate like a high-end hotel, delivering exceptional guest services and hospitality. We are seeking a responsible and well-mannered Porter to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas such as bathrooms, function rooms, hallways, parking lots, sidewalks, windows, carpets, and floors, in accordance with guidelines. You will interact with residents, families, guests, and staff, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Additional tasks may include special cleaning projects and snow removal. Your attention to detail and customer service are vital to residents’ quality of life.

Requirements include:

• Availability to work at least one weekend day per week (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs).

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Skills/Qualifications

• An upbeat, friendly, courteous demeanor when dealing with peers, residents, and management.
• Reliability and thoroughness in cleaning practices.
• Ability to provide cleaning services efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in cleaning services in hospitality, healthcare, or similar industries is a plus.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.
