Mayfair Management Group is seeking a motivated porter to maintain clean and safe properties. You will perform make-readies, assist with work orders, and ensure lobbies, restrooms, and common areas are pristine. The role requires physical fitness, weekend availability, and the ability to respond to after-hours requests.

Responsibilities

• Keep Grounds Clean.
• Assist maintenance with make-readies and work orders.
• Cleans vacancies as required.
• Cleans lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
• Cleans carpets, upholstery, and woodwork; washes windows, doors, and windowsills.
• Empties wastebaskets in the office and other trash receptacles throughout the community.
• Replaces restroom supplies and light bulbs as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Basic work order knowledge
• Keep Grounds Clean
• Assist maintenance with make-readies and work orders
• Cleans vacancies as required.
• Cleans lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
