Job summary

Mayfair Management Group is seeking a motivated maintenance Porter to support property upkeep, make-readies, and general cleaning across communities. The role requires reliable teamwork, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility for weekends and after-hours calls.

The candidate will perform light maintenance tasks, assist with work orders, keep common areas tidy, and ensure safety and cleanliness across lobbies, hallways, and vacant units.

Responsibilities

• Basic work order knowledge.
• Keep grounds clean.
• Assist maintenance with make readies and work orders.
• Clean vacancies as required.
• Clean lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors.
• Clean carpets, upholstery, and woodwork; wash windows, doors, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets in the office and throughout the community.
• Replace restroom supplies and light bulbs as necessary.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Extended walking and stair usage.
• Other duties as assigned.

Cleans office, models, common areas and vacant apartments. Seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to join our team of maintenance professionals. Porters do a bit of everything to keep our proprieties running cleanly and smoothly. Porters work to make sure our properties are neat, clean, free from clutter and safe. You will Assist with make readies, work orders, painting and light maintenance

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Basic work order knowledge
• Keep Grounds Clean
• Assist maintenance with make readies and work orders
• Cleans vacancies as required.
• Cleans lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
