• Filter 4 vat fryer system.
• Assemble front custard and shake machines.
• Cooking food on steam tables.
• Maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant.
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly.
