The Porter independently cleans various areas including restrooms, offices, break rooms, locker rooms, kitchenettes, pantries, showers, stairwells, corridors, elevators, and other work areas. Responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning offices, corridors, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, break rooms, libraries, closets, kitchenettes, stairways, locker rooms, and storage areas.
2. Reporting problems, concerns, and safety issues to the supervisor.
3. Placing wet floor signs and umbrella bags as needed.
4. Sweeping and mopping floors.
5. Vacuuming rugs, carpets, and furniture.
6. Dusting furniture and fixtures.
7. Polishing brass fixtures.
8. Dusting woodwork.
9. Emptying wastebaskets and transporting trash and recyclables to designated areas.
10. Replenishing restroom supplies.
11. Spot cleaning carpets.
12. Responding to calls from designated government contacts.
13. Managing carts for restrooms, trash, and recycling.
14. Responding to emergency calls within the assigned building and other related duties.
15. Ensuring quality work and appropriate conduct per Didlake policy.
16. Following safety standards and guidelines in equipment use.
17. Completing required training programs.
