Essential Job Functions and Duties:

• Cleaning and thoroughly detailing inventory vehicles.
• Responsible for safely driving vehicles through wash bays and parking lots.
• Assist with shuttling vehicles from production lines to lots.
• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Taking pre-shipment pictures of vehicles and uploading pictures to files.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in car wash or detailing preferred but not required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of custodial duties and cleaning techniques.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently.
• Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background checks.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Regularly work outside in all weather conditions.
• Frequently lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Able to work in a noisy environment.
• Must be able to complete production-related physical activities (walking, standing, talking, kneeling, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, smelling, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed.
• Participate in required company safety programs, training, and PPE guidelines.
