Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a Portable Sanitation Driver to safely operate a Portable Sanitation Truck on assigned routes, servicing residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers. You will conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain a clean, safe vehicle in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Portable Sanitation Truck on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers.
• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Use onboard technology to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
• Help teammates after completing routes and assist with other needs.
• Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Coastal Waste & Recycling.
