Position Overview

Oversee the safe and efficient operation of a crushing plant at various locations, supporting safety and team cohesion. Report to the Plant or Area Aggregates Manager and adhere to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain crushing plants safely and efficiently.
• Ensure site compliance with safety standards.
• Perform repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor and record environmental compliance.
• Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness.
• Complete daily reports and support safety initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Participate in safety training and inspections.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to meet specifications.

Other Requirements

• Join Local 18 IUOE within 60 days.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy.
• Willing to travel, work nights, and weekends.
• Report ready to work at designated times.
• Follow safety and company policies.
• Assist team as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance.

Qualifications

3-5 years of related experience or equivalent education.

Skills

• Ability to read, interpret, and communicate safety and operational documents.
• Basic math skills and ability to interpret data.

Physical Requirements
