Yusen Terminals LLC seeks a Per Diem Part Time Operations Manager at the Los Angeles terminal. You will plan, supervise and optimize cargo movement through vessel, yard-gate and rail operations under ILWU labor contract guidelines.

Pay is $650 per day with no guaranteed schedule; weekend, second and third shifts and holidays may be required to meet operational needs. Undergraduate degree preferred; strong leadership and safety focus expected.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent years of professional experience.
• Experience in terminal operations or maritime environment.
• Experience managing ILWU labor and union interactions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
