Qualifications

• At least 1 year of heavy equipment experience in an industrial/ warehousing/ maritime environment (preferred).
• Must be able to read/write/communicate in English.
• Demonstrated safe work practices, history, and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe operation of assigned equipment.
• Ensure maintenance of all assigned equipment.
• Complete daily inspection reports and forwards to maintenance as needed.

Skills

Ability to safely operate assigned equipment

Experience in a similar position in an industrial setting

Ability to operate heavy equipment within a confined space

Commitment to customer service

Thorough knowledge of personnel safety programs

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Education
