Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with active state license.
• OT experience in pediatrics or school setting (6 months in past 5 years).
• Ability to work with IEP team and students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine student functional needs and set developmentally appropriate goals
• Reassess progress regularly and adjust therapy plans to optimize outcomes
• Document evaluations, goals, and treatment plans in accordance with school standards
• Select and utilize materials and equipment safely and efficiently to support therapy goals
• Perform all responsibilities with professionalism, care, and a student-centered mindset
