Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC is seeking a Port Manager to oversee operations at port processing facilities. You will drive efficiency, safety, and quality while coordinating with port processors, and internal stakeholders to meet service expectations for retailers and customers.

The role requires a Bachelor's in logistics/engineering, 5–7 years automotive logistics experience, and advanced project management with strong Excel/PVOS/SAP capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering or similar.
• 5–7 years in Automotive Industry such as production systems or warehousing.
• TWIC credential (Must have) and TWIC Escort credential.
• Proficient with PVOS, D42, SAP and Vista in multiple systems.
• Advanced project management and strong reporting skills.
• IT proficiency with networks, printers, scanners, laptops.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct JLR operations at Port Processing facilities.
• Set up and operate facilities to support JLR objectives.
• Oversee implementation of service actions and options.
• Ensure contractual demands are met with quality and cost optimization.
• Liaise with internal customers to support requests from field to distribution.
• Review and approve port billing for final payment.
• Explore opportunities to increase production volume at ports.
• Support port processing from ship arrivals to vehicle condition updates.
• Audit all facets of port processing operations.
