Job summary

Miller's Launch, Inc is seeking an experienced Port Engineer to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of our fleet. This position ensures compliance with regulatory standards and collaborates with vessel crews and management to maximize efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, a minimum of 5 years’ experience, and strong knowledge of vessel operations and regulatory compliance. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in vessel maintenance and repair.
• USCG Merchant Mariner Credential preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and dry docking operations.
• Valid TWIC card or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of the fleet.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs for vessels.
• Ensure compliance with USCG, ABS, OSHA, and EPA standards.
• Manage and oversee dry-docking and major repairs.
