Job summary

Cargomatic is seeking an experienced Terminal Operations Manager for our Savannah facility. You will lead day-to-day terminal operations, oversee drayage and port-centric logistics, and drive safety, compliance, and service performance.

You will manage staff, optimize performance, and partner with port authorities and carriers to support regional growth. A strong background in intermodal planning, driver management, and TMS/WMS systems is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing trucking terminal, port drayage, and intermodal ops planning loads and driver capacity.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, port procedures, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead terminal operations, ensure safe, compliant, efficient drayage and port-centric logistics.
• Oversee daily terminal activities, dispatching, yard flow, and KPI tracking.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to meet market demand.
• Oversee cost control across drivers, terminals, and assets while maximizing revenue.
