• 5+ years in intermodal transportation, with management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Transportation or Business is preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, safety requirements, and port drayage operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily port drayage terminal operations including dispatch, driver performance, equipment utilization, customer service, and profitability.
• Develop strategies to improve productivity, service levels, safety, and cost control.
• Maintain relationships with port authorities, customers, steamship lines, rail providers, and vendors.
