Job summary

PARS Therapy in Port Arthur, TX is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients throughout their recovery journey. In this onsite role, you will help restore mobility, improve functional independence, and enhance quality of life by delivering personalized care in the home setting under the supervision of a licensed PT.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Texas PTA license, CPR certification, and professional liability insurance,

Qualifications

• Active TX PTA license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Professional liability insurance required.
• Home health or rehab experience preferred.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services under licensed PT supervision.
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions to meet mobility needs.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Promote health by improving strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
• Document services and communicate progress to care team.
