Group1 Porsche Westwood is seeking an experienced, technically accomplished Shop Foreman to lead the daily operation of our service workshop. This leadership role blends diagnostic mastery with strong organizational and team leadership skills.

You will drive efficiency, mentor technicians, ensure quality control and warranty compliance, and coordinate with service management, advisors, parts, and manufacturer resources to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Extensive automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
• Strong Porsche product knowledge and repair procedures.
• ASE certifications and Porsche certifications valued.
• Hands-on leadership and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the service workshop with technicians.
• Coordinate work orders, dispatch, and prioritization based on capacity.
• Maintain high quality, safety, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with Service Management and Advisors.
• Mentor technicians and develop the team.
