MJMorgan Group in Michigan is seeking dependable Packers to join a fast-paced food production team handling pork products, labeling, sealing, and preparing items for shipment.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting and moving products, and following strict food safety guidelines in a cold production environment. You will work with teammates to meet daily production goals and ensure quality throughout the packing process.

Qualifications

• Comfortable directly handling pork products and working in a cold production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move products throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Availability to stay until production is complete.

Responsabilités

• Pack, label, and seal pork products according to production requirements
• Inspect products and packaging for damage or defects
• Organize packaged items into boxes or containers for shipment
• Keep the work area clean and sanitary
• Follow food safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
• Complete other production duties as assigned
