Job summary

District Partners is partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare SaaS company to bring hands-on population health and MIPS expertise into product strategy and customer conversations. This high-visibility, individual contributor role sits at the intersection of population health, quality performance, and technology, collaborating closely with executive leadership, Product, Engineering, and Implementation.

You will translate provider workflows and data into scalable platform capabilities,

Qualifications

• Deep, current experience in population health and value-based care.
• Hands-on MIPS expertise with speaking to requirements and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of HEDIS, CMS/Stars, NCQA frameworks.
• Experience with healthcare data and analytics.
• Experience with providers and health systems implementing population health programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal authority on population health, MIPS, and quality performance.
• Translate workflows and data into scalable technology capabilities and product direction.
• Influence product strategy aligning provider challenges with platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with executives, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on strategic issues.
• Support Implementation and Customer Success with depth in population health and quality.
