Responsibilities include preparing progress reports, coordinating data collection efforts, developing grant budgets, recruiting participants, presenting findings, and liaising with other departments.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3 years experience with a Master's or 5 years with a Bachelor's in behavioral, social science, or public health.
• Preferred bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate reporting aspects such as preparing progress reports, continuing reviews, and updating records for IRB and funding agency.
• Meet regularly with data collection staff to ensure timelines are met and identify problems.
• Contribute to development and submission of grant proposals: budgets, budget justifications, subcontractor agreements.
• Assist in conducting surveys and gathering data.
• Participate in recruiting and interviewing research participants.
• Synthesize and present research findings.
• Serve as liaison to other departments and outside entities.
• Devise work plans for research staff.
• Supervise research project staff by orienting, training and giving ongoing feedback.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
