Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management and the ability to set priorities among multiple competing objectives, tasks, and initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in problem assessment, resolution, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
• Ability to work independently, follow through, and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supports Manager and/or Director on implementing operational improvements and support activities to meet performance objectives.
• Vendor management and support to facilitate payment of incentive dollars to participating practices.
• Tracks compliance with CAP IPA Membership Guidelines and Requirements relating to quality and regulatory requirements.
• Supports preparation and distribution of reports on incentive program performance to participating CAP IPA practices and providers.
• Supports maintenance of CAP newsletter and other educational resources for the CAP quality programs.
• Supports Population Health team on quality and regulatory activities and related projects, including payer and internal data management support.
• Attends and prepares meeting minutes for Population Health meetings.
• Performs other tasks and special projects as required within scope of work.
