Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures (JHTV) seeks a Corporate Partnerships Specialist in Population Health & Health Economics to expand the university’s sponsored research portfolio. You will engage faculty, shape sponsor-ready concepts, and coordinate with Tech Transfer and FastForward to connect research to industry opportunities.

Qualifications

• Advanced Degree (PhD or MD) in a directly related field.
• Seven+ years in corporate development, business development, translational research, R&D strategy, or related roles.
• U.S. Citizenship or legal permanent resident due to Federal Export Controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with faculty and leadership in population health and health economics.
• Source and shape sponsor-ready collaboration concepts with industry partners.
• Develop compelling pitch materials, research summaries, and partnership proposals tailored to prospective sponsors.
• Coordinate introductions and facilitate meetings between faculty and industry partners to advance partnership discussions.
• Provide technical context to support deal structure and align terms with faculty expectations.
