Job summary

The role collaborates with the Strategic Growth & Partnerships team, builds a funding pipeline, and helps diversify revenue through innovative financing models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Five years of progressive experience in business development, resource mobilization, or institutional fundraising.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and business development tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the business development strategy for foundations, corporations, and other funding entities.
• Cultivate and steward foundation and corporate relationships, articulating Jhpiego's value proposition and impact.
• Build and manage a pipeline of foundation and corporate donors, researching and supporting innovative partnership models.
• Track partnership plans, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts against indicators.
• Collaborate across Jhpiego to design and deliver donor pitches and partnership strategies.
