What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to enhance performance at ambulatory care delivery sites
• Design and maintain dashboards to track performance trends and variances for internal and external metrics
• Collaborate with clinical support staff and department management to identify data integrity issues and operational inefficiencies
• Produce actionable reports and data-driven recommendations for senior management
• Integrate data from various sources to drive performance in value-based programs
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health IT, information systems, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare organization, performing data analysis of clinical and/or operational information
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, quality payment program requirements, and billing processes
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data in a clear and concise manner

• Working experience with electronic health records, particularly EPIC and NextGen
• Well-developed problem-solving and organizational skills
