Our large financial services client is seeking a fully remote Reporting Analyst to join their team through the end of 2025, 40 hours/week.
Role Summary
The Data Reporting Analyst supports the Talent Intelligence and Analytics team by delivering high-quality data reporting and insights that inform strategic decisions across the organization. This role involves developing dashboards, writing SQL queries, and generating reports using tools like PeopleSoft, BrassRing, and Power BI. The analyst will work remotely, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting.
Top Must Have Skills
3-5 years of experience in data reporting or business intelligence
Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, and SQL Server Reporting Services
Experience with Oracle and enterprise HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, BrassRing)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple requests
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Understanding of legal and compliance considerations in data reporting
Experience developing dashboards in Power BI
Strategic, business-focused mindset with a consultative approach
Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely reports
Responsibilities
Generate and deliver reports using PeopleSoft, BrassRing, and other HR systems
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and organize data
Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
Triage and prioritize reporting requests based on business needs
Ensure compliance with legal and data governance standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights
Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement of reporting processes
