Job summary

Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh seeks a Medical Assistant or LPN to support population health outreach and care coordination within the care team. You will assist during patient visits, perform chart reviews, and help prepare for visits under supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School / GED or completion of a Medical Assistant program or LPN license.
• Current PA LPN licensure or multi-state licensure through eNLC (if applicable).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with population health outreach and care coordination as part of the care team.
• Support pre-visit planning by reviewing charts and data ahead of patient visits.
• Assist providers during visits and with order entry under supervision.
