Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise wellness clinics, including scheduling, supplies, and communications.
  • Manage staff, training, competency, scheduling; resolve issues.
  • Deliver program presentations and support client relations and growth.
  • Handle billing and reconciliation accurately and timely.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and Environment of Care.
  • Prepare necessary documents and maintain filing and records.
  • Attend all meetings and communicate openly with team.

Responsible to ensure this is accurate and timely.Must attend all meetings.Adheres to the Hospital policies and demonstrates safe practices. Demonstrates competence in the Environment of Care to provide functional and safe surroundings for patients and staff (i.e. safety, security, infection control, etc.) Able to locate applicable hospital and department specific manuals.Acts like an owner; pulls own weight; works to achieve individual, departments, and hospital goals; fully accountable; owns problem until solved; appropriately holds others accountable.Must be open, honest, and appropriate in all communication; manages conflict appropriately-takes issues to appropriate personnel and does not discuss along the way. Anticipates/prepares for forthcoming problems and projects. Failure to ensure this could have adverse consequences on the operations of the Preventative/Occupational Health Department.
