Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred (MS/MPH/MA).
• Experience in health care quality and performance improvement.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with UDS, HEDIS, NCQA PCMH accreditation standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: develop scopes and statements of work with the Director.
• Monitor milestones, resolve issues, and coordinate status meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop workplans and protocols to guide team activities and goals.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting with value-based initiatives.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify best practices and trends.
• Validate data using EHR and population health systems and identify data discrepancies.
• Support data integrity and quality assurance of reports (NCQA PCMH, HEDIS, UDS).
• Lead quality improvement initiatives using RCA, PDSA, DMAIC.
• Collaborate with clinicians to meet external reporting requirements.
• Supervise the Quality Improvement Coordinator.
