Crew Member - TICE Chicken Holdings

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market! Your role as a Crew Member is to serve each guest courteously, quickly, and efficiently; to prepare and cook food products; and to package orders accurately and rapidly. All duties must adhere to the specifications and procedures outlined in the Operating Standards Manual. Tasks should be completed in a timely, clean, and orderly manner with a focus on meeting customer needs.

Essential Job Functions

Guest Services

• Ensure every guest feels welcomed by promoting a positive atmosphere. Greet customers with a pleasant, enthusiastic, and sincere smile.
• Strive for maximum efficiency to meet standards for accuracy and speed of service.
• Fill orders completely and accurately within the mandated service time.
• Handle customer payments accurately, including receiving money and providing correct change.
• Deliver orders to customers, thank them, and invite them to return.
• Verify and be responsible for the opening cash drawer. Count down the drawer at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy.
• Practice security measures in cash handling, including making frequent cash drops and maintaining mandated cash levels.
• Immediately notify the Assistant Manager or General Manager of any issues such as deletions, over-rings, or equipment problems.
• Address customer service problems or complaints promptly and notify management as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the parking lot, surrounding areas, exterior trash receptacles, and ensure the Drive-Thru menu board is clean and accurate.
• Keep the customer dining lobby, service area, and restrooms sanitized and clean.

Note: Prior restaurant experience is not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
