Crew Member - TICE Chicken Holdings

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market! As a Crew Member, your responsibilities include serving guests courteously, preparing and cooking food, and accurately packaging orders. All duties must adhere to the Operating Standards Manual, performed in a timely and clean manner, focusing on customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

1. Guest Services: Greet customers with enthusiasm, promote positivity, and ensure a welcoming environment. Strive for efficiency in order accuracy and speed, handle payments accurately, and deliver orders politely. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining and surrounding areas. Address customer complaints promptly and notify management of any issues.
2. Cash Handling: Manage cash register operations securely, perform cash drops, and maintain proper cash levels. Count cash at shift start and end, and report discrepancies.
3. Facility Maintenance: Keep the parking lot, exterior trash receptacles, drive-thru menu board, and restrooms clean and presentable.
4. Training and Experience: Prior restaurant experience is not required; training will be provided.

Additional Details: Salary ranges from $10 to $12 per hour. This is an entry-level, full-time position within the Food and Beverage Retail industry, focusing on management and manufacturing roles.
